As avid campers, we love to explore the outdoors as a family. Growing up, nothing was better than waking up to the smell of a campfire with breakfast cooking on it!
If you've ever cooked on an open fire before, you know that it makes anything you're cooking taste fantastic! Smoky, charred deliciousness... I'm getting hungry just writing this! You might say barbeques add this same flavor, or that using a dedicated smoker can do the same thing; but in my opinion, thers's nothing quite like a wood fire flame grilled steak, burgers, chicken, vegetables, I could go on and on.
We enjoy cooking on an open fire and have successfully built many custom solutions for people who share our passion for cooking on a wood fire the time-honoured way in a slow, deliberate fashion that seems to put everything else in our busy lives into perspective.
